I feel like in today’s time managers are using more boss centered leadership style. The reason I feel this way because managers have the pressure now a days just to get the job done not really caring about the subordinates preferred style. They used their techniques and ways based on experience, expectations and values and basically what works for them I do believe that situation/Time is an important factor to consider in selecting a leadership style. Reason being is because managers have to understand that this is a new age and time and things have changed drastically. Managers experience and expectations cant always be relied upon.
